Keeps getting worse

I have never been so frustrated with an app before... And I have the paid version which I would like to cancel, but cannot even log on half the time to do that !
On rare occasions, this app works fine, but 80% of the time it is excruciatingly slow, freezes, wont load, times out, wont show nearby profiles, or says your log in info is incorrect.
Ive sent my comments to support and received a lukewarm unhelpful response of thanks for your input.
This used to be one of the best websites out there, now the worst. Giving up on this app.... DO NOT get the paid version until this site improves...which will be a miracle if it ever does. Sad
